As a coffee drinker, I always wonder why I pay the same price for a take away black coffee at 10am as the sales rep nursing a coffee at a table for four during rush hour, drinking his Joe with two creams, three sugars and an extra heat protector sleeve. 

Life began for me in Johannesburg South Africa. Several months after conception, my parents sailed across the equator, from Capetown to London, and onward to Canada, where I was born. 52 years later, I find myself living outside New York City with my lovely wife, a Terrier named Jack who absolutely hates the mailman, and four kids in various stages of ‘leaving the nest’.
