Cornerstone Releases Crisis Management Reporting

iBank Customers Receive New Feature at No Cost

Bloomington, IN - May 17, 2010: Cornerstone Information Systems, a technology and professional services company in the travel sector, announced today the open release of the crisis management reporting component of iBank. iBank is Cornerstone’s data management platform that includes web based reporting and business intelligence applications. Crisis management reporting is a unique subset of pre-defined reports and custom search capabilities designed to help the travel manager identify traveler location as well as planned and executed travel.

What is Crisis Management Reporting?
Crisis Management Reporting regularly queries the GDS and captures the most up-to-date trip details. This information is made available within minutes of the trip being booked through a set of seven predefined reports that provide travel professionals with critical information regarding traveler locations and plans. The reports include: air activity, arrival, departure, itinerary detail, trip detail, weekly traveler activity, and passenger on a plane. Crisis Management also includes a feature that enables a user to create a live custom search by traveler name, flight number, carrier, company, cost center, origin, and destination.

Each of the seven predefined reports can be scheduled to run and distributed according to the customer’s requirements. Additionally, individual users can create their own custom report which can also be distributed to specific lists on a defined time table.

Why Crisis Management Reporting?
"Locating and contacting employees that are traveling when a natural or manmade disaster occurs can be challenging at best. When a health scare occurs it is critical that a company know who among their employees has visited, is currently visiting, or plans on visiting the affected area", said Aaron Hosey, Cornerstone’s Vice President for Product Strategy and Development. "Our corporate customers heavily rely on iBank to help with risk management and it seemed only natural to make these capabilities available to all iBank customers," continued Hosey.

Cornerstone’s 285 iBank customers and 11,000+ users will have immediate access to this new feature set at no cost. Implementation is a 5-step, online process and can be completed by the customer in less than 15 minutes.
