How to Register:
Many courses are scheduled on a regular basis and appear on the Training Calendar. A few (specifically the iQCX classes) are scheduled on a coordinated basis between the trainer and the customer. Our standard course offerings should satisfy the training requirements for most customers, depending on the products they have and their responsibilities in the organization. AutoTicket Administrator Training (AT101) – 2 hours – $349 / session
Delivery: Online (for all GDS’s)
This online session will discuss the AutoTicket process and PNR flow through the application as it issues tickets. We focus on helping you to setup and understand how to get single and split ticket processing automated using the different features in AutoTicket. We’ll also cover many of the additional option available that you can use to modify AutoTicket and configure it to issue tickets in the unique ways you need it to. If time permits, we’ll also begin a discussion on using AutoTicket to issue exchanges. This is a little more complex and may require an additional training session at some point in the future.
iBank Analytics Orientation (IBA101) – 2 hours – $195 / session

This class will help you get control of iBank Analytics, teach you how to navigate through your data, make sense of it and find practical application for your organization.
iBank Data Cleanser (IB203) – 1 hour – $195 / hr

It happens to us all – we forget. This online session is intended refresh your knowledge of the Data Cleanser, its various functions and best practices for the data cleansing process.
iBank Executive Overview (IB301) – 1 hour – $195 / hr

This class is intended to communicate at a high level what iBank is and the capabilities it brings to an organization.
iBank Orientation (IB101) – 1.5 days – $795 / seat

Participants will gain a thorough understanding of standard reports, data cleansing, data doctor, administration and user setup, creation of user-defined reports, and use of SQL queries to filter harvested data. Each attendee will receive a certificate of completion. Many people can benefit from iBank training. Whether you are heavily involved with MI on a daily basis, or are an account manager who needs to deliver critical information to customers, there is a day and a topic that is right for you.
iBank Reporting: Getting the most from your investment (IB102) – 1 day – $495 / session

In this class you will learn how to take advantage of iBank reporting for your organization. It begins with a brief consultation to assess your reporting needs, objectives and challenges. Then we build a customized class just for you.
iBank Reporting (IB103) – 1 hour – $195 / hr

Travel management reporting can be very complex. The demands for information can be difficult to meet. This session is designed to help you understand the capabilities of iBank reporting – both the basics as well as the advanced levels of producing data.
iQCX Advanced ResRules (IQC301) – 2 days – $895 / seat

Prerequisites: IQC101A, IQC101B & IQC202
This class is intended for iQCX ResRule writers who have worked on and written ResRules for at least one month and who are ready to move on to the next level. It will cover concepts and practices that a ResRule writer needs to write more complicated and effective rules in an iQCX environment. The major parts of this course will be taught using lecture/discussion with some demonstrations. A small part will be devoted to writing ResRules. The course is intended to show you another level of ResRules, with the assumption you already have the skills necessary to write them.
iQCX Basic ResRules (IQC202) – 2.5 days – $1095 / seat

Prerequisites: IQC101A & IQC101B
This intensive course teaches participants how to set up ResRules in to fit their company's unique reservation process and is intended for those who are new to iQCX and ResRules. Training begins Tuesday at 9 a.m. The Thursday session is a lab day that enables users to practice writing their own rules, with an instructor available to answer questions. Attendees should plan to stay at least until noon on Thursday, or as late as 5 p.m. if they wish to spend more time working one-on-one with instructors.
iQCX Orientation (IQC101A) – 1 hour – free with Web Portal training ($195 / session if standalone)
Delivery: Online
This is a required course for all new iQCX customers. Students will be introduced to iQCX, with descriptions of its features and what it can do for them. A brief view of all the many parts of iQCX will be given, such as ResRules, the different modules and the Web Portal.
iQCX ResRules for iQCX Customers (IQC201) – 2 hours – $349 / seat

Prerequisites: IQC101A, IQC101B, ResQCX102 & ResQCX201
This class is for iQCX customers who are already familiar with the logic and methods of ResRule and have experience in writing ResRules in a ResQCX environment. The session will guide them through the differences between the applications, concentrating on the areas, screens, and different windows they will be working when writing ResRules in the iQCX environment with a focus on how ResRules differ between each.
iQCX Web Portal (IQC101B) – 1.5 hours – $239 / session
Delivery: Online
Prerequisite: IQC101A
This is a mandatory class for all new iQCX customers. An overview of the Web Portal is given, pointing out and demonstrating all the areas that a client has access to. We will cover the areas in the Main Navigation such as System Tables, the System Monitor, Schedules and the Search facility. Students will also learn some of the ways to use the Portal to monitor and troubleshoot problems with their PNR’s through the use of the Portal.
PCM Orientation Training (PCM101) – 1 hour – $95 / hr

Policy Compliance Manager automates the costly, labor-intensive and error-prone process of securing approval for travel before all reservations are ticketed and confirmed regardless of whether they are made with an agent or online. Additionally, PCM is also a communication tool that notifies your travelers of your policy during the reservation process leading to increased compliance. In this class we will talk about the following PCM Components: Configuring PCM: Setting up the Reason Codes, Style Groups, Messaging Service Parameters, Email Text Messages and Notification Parameters. Administration: Reason Code Set, Document Delivery Log, Auto User Creation. Reporting: Authorize or Decline a Pending Travel Request, View Request Status Detail, and View Authorization Detail.
ResMarker 2.0 Training (RMK201) – 1 hour – $125 / hr

In this class we will focus on how ResMarker 2.0 works, how to navigate through the menu and to discuss the changes and enhancements to it that differs from ResMarker 1.0. We will also touch on why you need ResMarker and the problems that it can help you overcome. We’ll also spend some time to make sure that you understand them and how to use them. Finally, the different areas and components that make up ResMarker (such as Configuring the Passwords/Systems Settings, Creating Rules & Rule Groups and Configuring Workstations) will be discussed, with many exercises for you to work with to reinforce their use.
ResMarker Training (RMK101) – 1 hour – $125 / hr

This class provides students with basic information about ResQCX and the different modules available for your use. Students will be given an overview of the features of ResQCX and shown how a PNR flows through the application. Throughout the course, you’ll also receive relevant information and tips on best practices for how to use it to meet your agency’s goals.

ResQCX: Tips and Tricks with Tables - 1 hour - $195 / session New

Most of us probably use tables to a minimum extent when working with ResRules. Tables though, hold the key to flexibility and streamlining of you ResRules. We'll discuss some common tables that are used by many agencies, and discuss their structure. We'll show you how to use tables to hold more than just text, and how to get beyond the 6 field limitation if you need to hold 10 pieces of information for example. We'll also show you some best practices in creating and using tables in ResRules.
ResQCX: Using PNR Data Items - 1 hour - $195 / session New

PNR Data Items enhance the functionality and usability of ResRules when used correctly. They are an integral part of ResRules. If you have questions about PNR Data Items or how best to use them in ResRules, this online session will cover what they are, how they are used in a ResRule, and best practices on when to use them. We will look at some common ones that are already provided, and show you how to create your own.
ResQCX: Working with Regular Expressions - 1 hour - $195 / session New
Delivery: Online
Regular expressions can be an intimidating part of writing ResRules. Mastering them can take time and experience. During the session, we'll define regular expressions and show you examples of the different parameters you can use when writing them. You'll also see examples of how they've been used in ResRules within the Edit Variable screen. You'll get a chance to practice writing them to parse for different text strings and have a chance to ask questions about any you are using or want to write.
