Jim Ehinger
Jim is Cornerstone's Training Consultant for Mid-Office Technology. He conducts all of our QCX and ResRules training sessions. In addition, Jim is Cornerstone's Training Consultant for Information Technology. He is the primary instructor for all of our iBank classes, our travel data warehouse and reporting application. Before joining Cornerstone five years ago, Jim spent 20 years as an Information Technology Specialist and a Technical Trainer and Course Developer for the United States Air Force, retiring as a Master Sergeant. Jim has a bachelor's degree in technical occupation and education from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is married and the father of four sons. In his spare time, he is also an accomplished woodworker.
Rachelle Bowman
Rachelle (Shelly) is Cornerstone's Training Coordinator for Mid-Office /Information Technology. She conducts all of our ResMarker and PCM (Policy Compliance Manager) training sessions. Before joining Cornerstone two years ago, Shelly spent 18 years in the Travel Industry, working various positions with American Airlines and then working as a Training Consultant for Sabre for the past 11 years. Shelly has an Associates degree in Business Administration. She is married and the mother of two children. In her spare time (cold months), she can be found at the hockey rink watching her son and/or her husband playing hockey and (warm months) watching her daughter play soccer or wakeboarding behind her boat.
